  • Payments can be made via prepaid methods or Cash on Delivery (COD).An additional 30 Rs. charge is applicable on COD orders .
  • A nominal convenience/transaction fee may be applicable on prepaid orders. This fee (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing the payment.

However, confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance.Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Incorrect customer information
  • Payment authorization failure

If an order is canceled after payment, the refund will be processed according to the payment provider’s timeline.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timeline ranges between 3-7 business days depending on location.
  • Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
